IT’S PRIDE MONTH! It’s that time of year where the UK is meant to be getting a little bit warmer, and the sun shining a little bit brighter, well as much as it can for British summer time! It’s PRIDE MONTH. But with so many Pride events around the UK, it’s impossible to fit them all into one month. That’s a good thing right? Find out about Pride events near you, throughout 2019 and show your pride at an event or two, or three, you get the idea.

If you’re visiting from outside the UK, why not join in the LGBT+ celebrations as 2019 marks 50 years of Stonewall. For full details about each pride event click on the pride name and date to be taken to that prides website. Whether you travel locally to a parade or event, or further afield, have fun and stay safe!

  1. Hi there. James Quintanilla here. Came over from Nomadic Matts FB group… Just wanted to give you some support! Love the article. Its pretty comprehensive. Lots of great info… I would love to make it to some of these and experience the love and the pride and well… the gayness of course!

If you end up going to any of them, I would love to see a blog post on them with lots of pics! That would be awesome.

    Take care. Keep it up!

  2. Thanks for your comment James. Glad you enjoyed reading it. It would be lovely if you could make a UK pride event, I am aiming at some point in 2020 to sample a few of the America Pride events.

I am defiantly going to a few of the UK ones listed. Leeds in a few weeks time and i will be following it up with a blog posts and some photos.

    Hope you enjoy!!

  3. Gosh, how much has the Manchester one grown?! Epic names attending this year!
Mel C and Steps at Hull though, tempted to get up there.

    Great post! Happy Pride!

    • Manchester has out grown its location. This year in August its got a whole new set up. Should be amazing to see!

Hull is on my list to do as well. I have just done Salford Pride, although much smaller than Manchester it was an amazing day and was a picnic in the park!!
